DAD: The best thing I could say is: tell people it's an ongoing process. Make sure everybody knows that wherever you start doesn't have. It's a journey; it's not a destination. That I thought was the key that we've got to pass on to people. Because we're still learning; we're still going. This isn't going to stop.
