My diet has definitely changed- I used to eat salad all the time, but I don't eat salad at all anymore. I haven't eaten salad probably in about five years. But I think the main thing is that I know what foods are good and bad for me to eat- I don't eat a lot of raw vegetables or things like that, and I just have to be careful with spicy food. It makes it a little difficult trying to go out with friends or going out to restaurants because you're never completely sure whether there is going to be something that you can eat or not. But I've found that if you say very nicely, "I can't eat something that's spicy or very fancy," restaurants are really accommodating in getting you something that's plain and fine for you to eat. So I've gotten used to it.
