DIANE: I really believe coming home from the hospital is as awful as getting ready to go, just in a different way. You're totally exhausted, you're very stressed out, you're trying to sort of process what you've been through, you have a baby who's still really, really sick because they send them home so quickly that yes, he's able to be home, but he still needs a lot of care. He's not eating, you're worried about him not eating. You're setting up visiting nurses to come in. Coming home I think is as stressful. And then you come home and he's got to go back to work immediately, there's no family down time when you get home.
