INTERVIEWER: What things do you do to help ease your own stress?
MOM: I tend to mediate, and I use meditation to try to help me with all of my mounting anxieties about the girls, and try to share that with them. Michaela’s more interested in mediating as a skill for herself than Brianna. But I do that and I really use music a lot and I’ve shared all my exciting musical interests with the girls and I bring them along. So it’s a shared experience that we have to experience all different kinds of music and participate in it.
