INTERVIEWER: How does your mom help you with your ADHD?

BRIANNA: In the morning, my mom tries to always remind me to take my medicine and then on the way to school, she’ll be like “Did you remember this?” and “Did you remember that?” and she’ll ask me all kinds of stuff to see if I remember because if I don’t take my medicine sometimes I forget. I might forget a book or something at home because my mind is somewhere else. It’s not that much different with having ADHD and not, because I kind of had it for a long time, we just didn’t get it diagnosed ‘til recently, so it didn’t change a lot when I got diagnosed.
